Lets............

When you going through a series of crappy days, I suggest you...
1. Take four deep breaths
three doesn't seem to be enough
2. Forgive and forget
forgiving is partially for them, forgetting is fully for you
3. Know what is out of your control
so you don't waste energy it
4. Tell the truth
it's better then the alternative
5. Give time to what you love
it helps you forget what you don't
6. Apologise
but only if its your fault
7. Look at the bright side
self pity sucks
Most importantly
8. Know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel
things can't be bad forever
