In fourth grade I would collect glass bottles and glue pieces of tissue paper on them. I remember spending day after day in my room listening to book on tapes and work at “my craft table.” It was this shelf like thing on wheels I found on my neighbor’s corner.
I would sit at it mixing water into the glue, so it wouldn’t get gloopy, and rip hundreds of tissue paper pieces.
When that faze ended, I packed up all the bottles and put them in a large box, which sat in my closet for years.
I don’t really know why I made all those…….whatever you want to call them. I mean, I know I couldn't use them for anything. But for some reason I kept at it.
Now I try to limit my crafts to things I can actually enjoy.
So now stick to working on my own clothes. There is always just this gratification that comes with wear something of your own creation.
Like these.........

Now you can't see it, but the ribbon is sewn on to the shirt in the back.

My hand sewn Mp3 player case.

Some rockin earrings that came out kind of looking like eyes.
