Monday blues

Remember that show weekenders? It was one of those Saturday morning cartoons on, I think it was ABC. I remember that line from the theme song “I’m living for the weekend.”
Defiantly my life.
Its days like this (Mondays) that make me realize how important weekends truly are. Whether it be catching up on homework, spending time with friends and family, or just chillaxing. I think we are all just “living for the weekend.” That time of week that just re-energizes us. Imagine trying to get through two weeks without a weekend in between. Just like lavender is God’s gift to my mother, weekends are God’s gift to me.
Most of my weekends consist of the library, music, and whatever art project I have going on. The pass few months I have been working on some people’s Christmas presents. I am really proud of some of the things I’ve made, even if it did make a HUGE mess. ( we are talking mod podge everywhere.)
The weekend is also my time to watch some TV. I rarely watch it during the week because there is little time and I can’t seem to follow a TV show for more than three weeks. So the weekend is the most logical time to watch something, often a movie of some sorts. This week it was Michael Clayton. I really enjoyed it, even if I was hopelessly lost for a while.
I am trying to come up with a list of movies I should watch, so if you can think of any let me know.
I hope you all have an amazing week.
Peace out.
