My running time is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7:15 am. I'm not the best at mornings, but I'm becoming one for the sake of health. I have developed a "night before" routine to help make the mornings a little easier.

| Set out my workout clothes |
| Made the next days breakfast |
| And packed my bag. |
This is totally helpful, and it's a nice way to end the day.
