Today was a long day at work, and I am pretty tired.
It's days like these that I have to remember the good old days, about a week ago, when it wasn't raining.
It was my first day back at work after summer break, and a little girl and an older boy got in a fight.
I first went to the boy to get his side of the story (there is usually two sides). He said the girl was pulling on his rat tail, I wanted to say "that's what you get for growing a rat tail," but I didn't. Instead I asked the girl if had, in fact, pulled his rat tail. She said "yes, but I'm really trying to turn it all around, and I don't think the boys are putting in the effort."
I couldn't believe this was coming from a five year old!
I can tell which kids pay attention at home, by what comes out of their mouths at school.
Aside from work, I 've been keeping myself pretty busy with school. But I don't feel like I'm learning all that I need to be.
I'm basically just freaking out about my SAT.
It really is all I can think about. I'm sure I'm going to do poorly on the test, due to my inability to do well on any test, as well as the fact that I don't know half the stuff I should know.
I AM GOING NUTS!!!!
Other than my fear of my biggest test thus far. I am doing great.
Peace.

Time sneaks up on you like a windshield on a bug.
I know it has been over a month, and I am sorry for that.
After getting back from Germany i was just so tired. With the added pressure of getting things ready for school, I did not have the time, nor was I in the mood to blog or do anything else creative.
As soon as school started I was overwhelmed. I added another day to my work schedule, was taking college classes, and studying for the SATs. There was no time for blogging.
I have since got into the swing of things, as well as lightened my load a bit.
I am still crazy busy, and I don't know how much I will be able to blog, but I will definitely try my hardest to post more.
These are a few of my creations.

If I was kidding, I'd be dressed like you.
I haven't done this in a long time.
Here is what I wore a few days ago.

The future, according to some scientists, will be exactly like the past, only far more expensive.
I've been doing my little thrifty thing lately. And what started as clothes shopping, turned into jewelry/clothes shopping. Here are a few of the things I got.
I am loving with this ring. It's big, it's round, and it sits on my child size hand.

It is really hard for me not to buy at least one set of earrings. I'm pretty proud of myself for stopping at two.
I bought this for Emma. It looks great with her red hair.
My three new summer dresses.
And my best buy thus far. My Bono bag.

I don't suffer from insanity. I enjoy every minute of it.

I have decided that I didn't want to come home from Germany to my always messy room.
So I have decided to clean, and I mean really clean. All my stuff are going into boxes now.
I have found the secret to a clean room, and it is boxes boxes and more boxes. No longer will I just throw my stuff on my shelves. It is all going to be organized in boxes before it goes on the shelf.
I am also trying to hang less stuff up.
I've found that If I don't have to hang it up, I am more likely to put it away. Why? I have no idea.
But all of this reorganizing means I have to get ride of a few things. It sucks now, but I'm hopping it will all pay off.
I feel kind of rushed to get this all done. I leave for Chicago on the first and get back on the fifth. And then on the tenth I leave for Germany. Which leaves me very few days to do both shopping and packing for Germany. So I decided to get it all the shopping done for both trips in one go. Which leaves me with one very long shopping list. Which is in the same notebook as my very long "to do" list. When I look at either I feel suddenly overwhelmed. Hopefully I can make a dent in one of them soon, as well as get my room cleaned.
Well that seams like all for now.
Peace.

A pedestrian hit me and went under my car.
I'm sorry it has taken me this long, I had a few problems with the computer.
But here are a few of the pictures from my road trip.
Plane.
We left early left early Saturday morning from the cities to New York, and from New york the West Palm Beach.

The view from my window.
I had the window on the flight to New York, Sean had it to Palm Beach.

Ummmmm. My book.
Oh, and this will be the only picture you see of my jeans. Because i left the in Meg's apartment before we got on the road.
Florida!!!

We went to see Meg's school first, and then to the beach.

Meg in her class.

Meg's school.
I was really nice outside, I kind of wished I had brought my swim suit.

That's right, I stuck my feet in the ocean.

It was soooooooooooo pretty.

At one point Sean thought he should expose his pale stomach the the very tan people of Florida.
Day 1 of road trip.

I got really excited and thought this thing was in the sky, but it turned out it was only a reflection off the car window.
Day 2 of road trip.

6:30 in the morning does not a happy Sean make.

It was pretty cool to see the fog roll back over the hills.

Need I say more?

Yeah, we got to ride behind this for awhile. Not at all bad to look at, if you ask me.

Giant cross.

We took a little break for some dairy queen.

And saw this in the parking lot.

Nashville.
we stopped and had some dinner with Eric, and then took a look at his place.

Sean and I spent a good part of the day asleep.
And here are a bunch of random pics.

This outfit was more of an excuse to wear my new jewelry.
